The original Rickroll video, the bait-and-switch link prank built on Rick Astley's 'Never Gonna Give You Up'.

Used as a joke link when someone posts a suspicious or unexpected URL.

I don't know what iina is, but youtube-dl + mpv mentioned by Angeo34 does exactly that (stream videos without pre-downloading them). Youtube-dl just gets the stream URL and mpv plays it. And it's easy to use, just: mpv ▶ this video

When Facebook releases a tool to clear your history, how will you know it’s really cleared? It will probably work as well as these instructions you can already use to remove your digital fingerprint from Facebook and several other sites: ▶ this video

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I didn't find an option to disable using Twitter's own shortening service? As an extreme example, I find link less informative than ▶ this video . If your site is still only at 3 characters ID, unlike Youtube, having a custom shortened domain from which users can tell what it is, generally, what they're clicking on, is a much better user experience than using a universal shortener which says nothing about the content.
