Microsoft's short announcement video for the new Windows Terminal, a modern terminal app for Command Prompt, PowerShell and WSL. It is a stylized trailer for the unreleased project.
Mentioned for its unusually polished, nerdy trailer style, and as an example of a good developer tool announcement.

In the test, Windows Terminal (weirdly written as "terminal.exe") comes up as #4 in the scoring table. As to the "love" question, I still watch this video from time to time: ▶ this video :) EDIT: I love the easter egg with the names of the developers across the Windows timeline :)
▶ this video -- this advertisting video is super cool and nerdy. Who could have thought someone could win a prize with a terminal in the 1990s, when everybody tried to get rid of terminals as hard as they could? I wish we could have a modern feature rich terminal with real blurring background and powerful features on X11/Xorg/Qt/Gtk/"the linux world". Konsole (KDE) is amongst the best I know so far.
I wish there were an option to export a video like the example on the homepage (with some ability to control the camera path). I'd love to be able to use it to make a promotional video for a developer tool similar to the announcement video for the Windows Terminal. ▶ this video
It's faster and works better than old conhost.exe they're also planning to overhaul it with more modern features judging from its trailer[0] (yes, this terminal has a fancy 3D trailer) [0]: ▶ this video
Has anyone tried the new official terminal? [0]/[1] It looks rather interesting, if still in prerelease. (also, there's a trailer for it on YouTube - so weird [2]) 0: link 1: link 2: ▶ this video
What I also find interesting is that in the announcement video of Windows Terminal (0:20) you can see the command "wt install", which sounds like a possible future package manager? ▶ this video
They just announced Windows Terminal and even spent time and money on a marketing video for this yet unreleased product: ▶ this video Granted, conhost will stay for compatibility reasons and this is a new thing. But it's open source: link . And according to the readme contains the source for conhost.exe too.
This is just an attempt by Microsoft to stem the flow of power users to Linux Desktop. Did you see the flash video advertisement[0] Microsoft made for their new terminal? To me it feels more like Microsoft is trying to attract people fleeing from macOS because of all their recent mis-steps with the MBP. [0]: ▶ this video
