A Chris Rock stand-up routine from Bring the Pain (1996) distinguishing between two groups of people, built around a controversial word.

Referenced as a well-known routine when threads discuss offensive words and who gets to use them.

Sargon claims he is using the word in the way described in this stand up comedy routine where Chris Rock (a black person) talks about the difference between 'Black people and niggers' ▶ this video Sargon said something like he was denigrating the 'alt right / nazi trolls' for behaving the way the 'nazis' claim the people they hate behave in.

That line of reasoning the mother used isn't uncommon. I can date it back to at least '96 and know that line of reasoning existed well before then. [0] [0] ▶ this video
